Shipping and Delivery
For in-stock DreamPod warehouse items, supplier guidance is free curbside shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, shipment within 48 hours after payment, and typical 5-8 day transit depending on location. Outside the contiguous 48 states is handled case by case. DreamPod uses ABF and UPS freight, and delivery is curbside.
Warranty and Support

Returns
DreamPod supplier guidance provides a 30-day return window from the date the item is received. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customer return shipping is not refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies if the return is approved.
