How buying works

What happens before and after you buy

A clear walkthrough of how Home Sanctuary Pro helps you choose, order, receive, inspect, and support high-ticket home wellness equipment.

The buying process

The exact shipment, crate size, and setup requirements vary by product and vendor. The core process stays the same: choose the right path, confirm delivery readiness, order securely, inspect delivery, and let Home Sanctuary Pro help coordinate support if anything needs attention.

Choose the right product path

Use our planning tools or book a consult to narrow the category before you buy.

Check delivery readiness before checkout

Confirm street access, driveway, gates, stairs, final placement, and site prep before placing a freight order.

Place the order securely

Checkout through Home Sanctuary Pro. Shipping-included products, financing options, and secure payment methods are shown before checkout is completed.

We confirm the order details

We review the order, product path, delivery notes, and any obvious fit concerns before the vendor prepares shipment.

The vendor prepares freight shipment

Your item is prepared by the supplier or manufacturer. Lead times, crate dimensions, and carrier handling can vary by vendor.

The carrier schedules delivery

Large wellness equipment usually ships by LTL freight. The carrier normally delivers curbside and may schedule an appointment.

Inspect before signing

Check the shipment for visible damage before signing. Note damage with the carrier and take photos if anything looks wrong.

Move, assemble, and get support

Final placement, unpacking, assembly, electrical, plumbing, and room prep are handled separately unless explicitly arranged. We help coordinate support, damage claims, warranty direction, and supplier communication.

What changes by product type

Saunas

Saunas vary by indoor/outdoor placement, capacity, heater style, electrical needs, and assembly requirements.

  • Confirm room, pad, deck, or backyard placement.
  • Check electrical requirements before install.
  • Plan help for crate movement and assembly.

Cold plunges

Cold plunge planning depends on tub shape, final placement, drainage, power access, and whether a chiller is part of the setup.

  • Confirm indoor, outdoor, garage, or patio placement.
  • Plan water filling, drainage, and cleaning access.
  • Consider chillers after choosing the tub path.

Float pods

Float pods need more room planning than most products because privacy, sound, water, drainage, ventilation, and service access matter.

  • Confirm room dimensions and access path.
  • Plan water, drain, power, and ventilation early.
  • Use a consult for commercial or dedicated room builds.

Delivery inspection matters

Do not sign blindly for freight delivery.

Large wellness equipment can move through multiple freight terminals before it reaches your home. Before signing, inspect the packaging, photograph any damage, and note visible issues with the carrier.

  • If the box or crate is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos of the packaging and product condition.
  • Contact Home Sanctuary Pro quickly so we can help coordinate the next step.
